Ron Terwilliger

Ron Terwilliger is nationally renowned for his multifamily development expertise with more than 250,000 multifamily residences built while at Trammell Crow Residential. Ron has served on many Boards, highlights of which are: Trustee and past Chairman of the Urban Land Institute, Chairman Emeritus of the Wharton Real Estate Center, and Chairman of the Board of Directors for “I have a Dream Foundation”, a past Chairman of National Homebuilders Multifamily Leadership Board, as well as philanthropically supporting Habitat for Humanity both nationally and internationally. Ron Terwilliger is a member of the Ocean Reef Club and is an avid golfer and angler.

The Grunow Group

John E.D. Grunow Jr. graduated from Rollins College in 1970 with a BA in Economics and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), in Finance. He is also a CPA. John Grunow III graduated from Rollins in 2005 and received his Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU in 2011. John Grunow Jr. and John Grunow III are from Greenwich CT. The Grunows are avid tennis players and longtime members of Innis Arden Golf Club and John III is a member of the New York Yacht Club. John Grunow Jr. was the founder of International Marine Industries (IMI), a director of the New York Bancorp (NYB) NY Stock Exchange Bank and is Vice Chairman of Morrow Equipment Company. The Grunows have built numerous residential projects including indoor tennis facilities in Old Greenwich CT. The Grunow Family became members of The Ocean Reef Club in 1992. For the past twenty-five years The Grunow Group has invested in over two dozen residential properties and vacant lots. The Grunow Family is actively involved in Ocean Reef with the Marine Advisory Board, Ocean Reef Club Advisory Board, Ocean Reef Yacht Club, Flying Club, Rod & Gun Club, Baptist Founders Society, Medical Center Foundation, Cultural Center Founder, Creek House President, Angelfish Cay #3 President, F Dock President and others.

Martin S. Levine

Martin S. Levine is the principal of Redwood Real Estate Group. The fourth-generation family-owned real estate company is an owner operator and developer of residential, office, industrial, retail and parking garage properties. The firm has joint-ventured in a broad spectrum of real estate projects in New York and across the United States, including the development of 181 East 90th Street on New York’s Upper East Side, a 32-story high-rise condominium designed by Philip Johnson. Other projects include 33 West 56th Street in Midtown Manhattan (designed by I.M. Pei) and the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel and Ocean Residences (designed by Michael Graves).

MARY LEE

Mary is one of the most successful real estate agents at Ocean Reef. Warm and outgoing, Mary exudes a sincerity that immediately inspires a sense of trust and confidence.

The finest families of Ocean Reef have put their faith in Mary to represent their real estate needs. Mary has been a member of Ocean Reef for over thirty years. Their daughters, Anna and Katie attended The Academy, and both chose to be married at Ocean Reef.

John and Mary count their blessings everyday. They are “Angels of Ocean Reef,” one of the founding families of The Academy at Ocean Reef. They have raised over $2,000,000 to support the Ocean Reef Community Foundation, The Academy, the Medical Center, the Culinary Center, and ORCAT. Their Legends Invitational Golf Tournament is a Preferred Partner of the Gala. Mary is a Founder of the Dog Park and a major contributor.

LISA GRUNOW

Licensed Real Estate Broker

Lisa Grunow is Broker/Owner of Ocean Reef Homes, LLC. In 2010, this successful Realtor®, envisioned a boutique real estate company that would provide clients with exceptional, personalized service throughout the Florida Keys. Beginning her real estate career with her mother in 1984 in Texas she has since owned three real estate offices, marketed over 50 new home developments, and sold real estate franchises throughout the United States.

Since arriving in Ocean Reef Lisa has been very involved with the community either as leader or participant. Past President of Health and Tennis Club, past Chairman of ORC Ladies 9 Holers, past President and now current Vice President of CLS at Ocean Reef, Super Founder of Ocean Reef Medical Center, Founder of Ocean Reef Cultural Center, Founder Baptist Health Foundation, and active member in the Ocean Reef Yacht Club, Flying Club, Art League and Rod and Gun Club. Lisa and her husband, John had a dream to create a luxury condo community for Ocean Reef for active seniors and are excited to see the dream become a reality.

JOHN LEE

John Lee is the owner of the Legends Invitational Golf Tournament, which is a Preferred Sponsor of the Ocean Reef Community Foundation. He serves on the board of the National UDT Navy SEAL Museum which is the beneficiary of the tournament and also the annual White Truffle Dinner Event that John and Mary produce at the French Laundry in Napa Valley. He also serves on the board of the Ocean Reef Community Foundation, and Taste of the NFL. Previously, John owned Creative Corporate Business Services, which represented Morgan Guaranty Trust, Mellon Bank and Bank of New York in the corporate trust areas. He represented Morgan Guaranty Trust with the Equitable Life Insurance demutualization and also Chase Mellon Shareholder Services in the Met Life demutualization. John also served on the board of the Hole In the Wall Gang, Legatus, Friars Club, and the New York Athletic Club.

Ron & Alexandra Seigel, founders of Napa Consultants, International are luxury real estate’s leading brand strategists. The Residence Club marketing collateral, including print materials and website are produced by the Seigels. With media partners that include the Wall Street Journal, Luxe Corp in Paris and Luxury Insider in Asia, the Seigels have authored The Language of Luxury Blog, since 2008, that has been syndicated internationally. Previously, the Seigels owned and managed a commercial real estate firm in Beverly Hills providing brokerage services for over 20 years, specializing in high-end retail development and the entertainment industry.
